General Manager for the City of Los Angeles Building and Safety has been accused of raping an unconscious woman downtown..

Apparently Fishing is not what Andrew Adelman had in mind on a Furlough Friday instead authorities allege that on July 10th an unidentified woman and Adelman shared a drink  at a concert downtown, shortly afterwards she blacked out only to awaken on Adelman’s bed being attacked. After several hours of alleged forced intercourse, Adelman allegedly took her back to her car and left her.

Allegations of this nature are not the first against Adelman who we have been told by confidential sources has faced allegations of sexual harassment in the past.

Los Angeles Police are hot on the trail of Adelman and an arrest is imminent!

Adelman is presumed innocent at this time and these are only charges made by an unidentified woman, we will see how it plays out, I only hope EAA Employees aren’t furloughed on the day the LAPD needs the rape kit tested.
