Employees of the City of LA are prohibited from drinking on the job, but employees are allowed an unrestricted lunch period in which they may do anything which is legal, attending a strip-club may be immoral to some but they are licensed tax paying businesses and they should be treated no differently then any other business if an employee wishes to spend his UNPAID uncompensated lunch time contributing to the tax base they should be allowed to do so.

Drinking and driving, they will get the same exact treatment options the CAO did or they will get paid bigtime in a civil lawsuit.

Furthermore the LAPD spends nearly a million dollars of tax payer money visiting these establishments to conduct  “undercover operations”. On more then one account have LAPD officers been asked to leave for lewd behaviour they themselves are there to allegedly investigate so spare me the taxpayer money issue
